Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Talend ETL. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Talend ETL solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to succeed. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring that project goals are achieved and that stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience with Talend ETL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ETL tools such as Informatica or DataStage. - Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Strong understanding of software development best practices and standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Talend ETL. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
