Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our Vaccines Business marketing team. The PMO will work closely with the Marketing and Commercial Strategy Director to build and monitor the execution of the BU strategy, facilitate operations between Marketing brand teams and Key Account Management (KAM) and Business Development (BD) teams, optimize resources, and consolidate strategic implementation reports for higher-level directors.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Commercial Strategy Director to develop and monitor the execution of the BU strategy.
  • Ensure alignment of projects and initiatives with strategic goals and objectives.

Operational Facilitation:

  • Facilitate operations between brand teams, KAM, and BD teams to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Resource Optimization:

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and personnel to optimize resource allocation and project efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure timely project completion.

Strategic Reporting:

  • Consolidate and develop strategic implementation reports for review by higher-level directors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on project progress and performance metrics.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster collaboration across different departments to drive innovation and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the healthcare business or related field.
  • Consultation skill: skilled in understanding the needs and challenges of different teams and offering tailored solutions.
  • Problem-solving skill: Capable of thinking critically and creatively to address complex challenges.
