Responsibilities
· Act as a trusted business partner, change agent, and coach to deliver practical, business-focused HR solutions that support organizational objectives and people’s outcomes.
· Conduct salary and benefits reviews in collaboration with Total Rewards, ensuring compliance with HR policies, CA and statutory requirements.
· Build strong engagement with operations teams to identify and understand workforce priorities and business challenges and develop appropriate HR action plans.
· Provide timely HR advisory and guidance to line managers on people-related matters.
· Partner closely with HR Community of Excellence (COE) to drive operational excellence and deliver consistent, high-quality HR services and processes.
· Build strong working relationships and serve as a key HR point of contact for business leaders and internal stakeholders.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen employee experience and support business objectives.
· Support talent management initiatives including succession planning, identification of high-potential employees, and development of talent pipelines for critical roles.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, with at least 12 years of relevant HR business partnering experience, preferably in a unionised environment.
Well-versed in Industrial Relations practices and employment legislation.
Good understanding of the full spectrum of HR functions; experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards would be an advantage.
Passionate about people and partnering the business to drive HR transformation and organisational effectiveness.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
Meticulous, process-oriented, and results-driven, with strong follow-through and execution capabilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Able to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.
Typically has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
