About the Role

助理，团险新单

1.    根据团险营运业务发展规划，执行新单各项规则和流程，确保业务品质和各项KPI指标达标
2.    根据操作规则，在权限内进行资料录入和审核，保证日常业务准确率，保证服务满意度达标
3.    根据监管要求、内部管理要求，关注合规及反洗钱风险，对业务进行质量检查及分析，定期撰写分析报告
4.    协助主管对组员进行日常辅导和培训，持续完善培训体系及知识库，提升小组专业技能
5.    配合部门服务沟通要求，为分公司提供相应的专业咨询意见和解决方案，保持良好顺畅的沟通渠道
 

岗位要求：

1.    本科或以上学历；3年以上团险或个险营运经验
2.    具有独立工作、分析问题和解决问题的能力；
3.    高度责任心，较强的学习能力，能在压力下工作
