Your key responsibilities
As Commercial Intelligence Senior Manager, support the Head of Commercial Intelligence and Insights to deliver reporting and analytics in line with business requirements, on daily, weekly and monthly basis. The role will be responsible for the delivery of all reports, data and tools to support:
Conversion of Management Plan into eStore metrics: Create divisional trading files, strategy files to track eStore performance against metrics and create actionable insights to improve performance
Create bottom up eStore Strategic Plans: Create strategy document consolidating plans by Storefront from all Markets, to create visibility of plans, enabling Markets to be held to account in their delivery.
Create and produce Weekly Channel Trading Packs: Develop, maintain and deliver weekly trading packs, enabling the monitoring of performance, recommend contingency plans to address shortfalls in performance.
Weekly Trading Meeting: Deliver weekly trading meeting reports, including insights, actions / contingency plans and summary for Executive meeting
Deliver weekly billing report, identifying areas of concern, gather insights and produce summary
Monitor Forecast trends by Market, gather insight and produce insight summary
Produce quarterly reports to enable Quarterly Business Reviews with those Markets who are under performing against eStore metrics, working with the Channel PIC to gather insight and action plans.
Deliver Demand Generation Reports to support campaigns throughout the year, working closely with the campaign lead to ensure reports meet business requirements. Gather insight on performance whilst live to enable changes to improve performance mid flight.
Deliver PCA’s for each campaign, working with Campaign lead, delivering analysis and insight with learnings for future campaigns and best practice examples.
Work with BI team to ensure delivery of current data streams and develop new data streams, to deliver reports in line with business requirements. Including alignment with Suwon Big Data Centre.
Maintenance of QLIK reporting solution and reports to meet reporting business requirements.
Support multiple channels, D2C, EPP, SMB, Shop APP and ePromoter with reporting requirements.
Optimise report production to speed up production and efficiency
Provide training and guidance to help team engage with reports effectively

Provide clarity on report frameworks, purpose, metrics, clearly defining expectations in line with the business requirements
Provide clear direction and support in order to prioritise work load
Support the development of the team through weekly one to one meetings, coaching and feedback
Role model inclusion for your team to build trust and psychological safety.
Ensure communication with your team is a core focus area including cascade of information from LT’s and relevant business updates.
Manage the on boarding, off boarding process and the entirety of the colleague lifecycle process for all team members.
Manage all annual people management cycles such as goal setting, evaluation and salary reviews to a high quality and in a timely manner.
To be accountable for ensuring your team are compliant with company processes and procedures; such as compliance, meeting mandatory business cyclical deadlines, and understanding the company values.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Experience within e-commerce
Experience in working with digital data such as traffic, conversion, bounce rates and so on
Evidence of using digital tools to analyse data
Passion for metrics, strong analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, whilst also seeing and understanding the big picture
Technical Skills with analytical tools:
SQL
Looker
Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, formulae and Pivot Tables)
QLIK or similar tool, ability to create new reports within the tool
PowerPoint
Able to prioritise, deliverables and partners
Ability to problem solve and take ownership of a project
Good presentation skills and both verbal / written communication
Accountant / analytics / numbers background
High attention to detail
Able to work with accuracy in a fast pace and dynamic environment
Able to handle large quantities of data
Proactively gathers and shares relevant information to achieve tasks / objectives
Flexible, adaptable and agile with hands on mentality
Ability to work well in groups
Sets high personal standards for his / her own performance
What does success look like?
The individual will play a key role in D2C Channel Management and BI team, by managing data and delivering reporting, planned and ad-hoc, helping to drive sales and shape eStore business. An exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced environment that will result in business delivery for our digital channel.
The interview process
