Job Summary:

This role requires actively leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency, accelerate problem-solving, and improve overall solution quality.

Strong exposure to GitHub is essential, including working with repositories, pull requests, branching strategies, and code reviews, as well as collaborating with AI-assisted workflows integrated into the development lifecycle. The role also involves identifying opportunities where AI can improve development productivity, maintainability, and scalability, while ensuring adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance requirements

 What You’ll Do: 

• Actively leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, lovable.ai, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support problem-solving across the development lifecycle
• Use AI tools to assist in code refactoring, debugging, test case generation, and documentation
• Manage code using GitHub, including versioning, pull requests, and code reviews
• Identify performance bottlenecks and reliability issues, using AI-driven insights to optimize applications
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js on the frontend and Node.js/Express.js on the backend
• Build reusable, responsive UI components using React, Tailwind CSS, and modern component libraries
• Develop, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, scalability, and security best practices
• Work closely with product, design, and QA teams, clearly communicating ideas and adapting quickly to evolving requirements in an agile environment
• Debug, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability

 What You’ll Bring: 

• Looking for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.
• Practical, hands-on exposure to AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable.ai, Cursor, etc.) for coding, testing, and documentation
• Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects on GitHub
• Experience in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+ / TypeScript), leveraging AI-assisted tools to build scalable and high-quality UI components
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js, using AI tools to accelerate backend development, debugging, and optimization
• Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot / Spring MVC
• Experience working with REST APIs and API documentation tools
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL/ MySQL/MongoDB, using AI tools for query optimization and troubleshooting.
