Job Description
What is the opportunity?
RBC Cards is Canada's leading credit card business and a significant driver of RBC's financial performance. In this role, you will support the strategy, execution, and delivery of our Business Credit Card portfolio, leveraging data and strategic insights to drive sustainable growth.
In this role, you will be accountable for identifying and enabling solutions to strategic opportunities that accelerate new client acquisition and expand market share for the Business Credit Cards portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and sales enablement, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Legal, Product, Risk, and Technology to design and execute high-impact acquisition campaigns and initiatives. Specifically, you’ll drive growth by developing targeted strategies to attract and convert high-value prospects, optimize onboarding experiences, and support RBC’s long-term vision for its Cards business.
