Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is seeking a Manager Business Management 3 to join our diverse team of professionals located in Melbourne, FL .This position is a trusted, key partner to the program manager and will involve establishing strategy, managing resources, prioritizing requirements, and delivering financial results while ensuring the integrity of business processes.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a broad skill set that is balanced between interpersonal, business, and technical capabilities.
The successful candidate must possess a solid understanding of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), indirect rate management, Forward Pricing Rate proposal (FPRP) development, estimates at complete (EAC), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, budgeting and forecasting to include Capital expenditures & NCTA.
This key business leader role will support a critical program in the Restricted Programs Sustainment & Operations (RPSO) operating unit within Aircraft Solutions (SA) business unit. This leadership role is required to be onsite and is contingent on program award and associated program award funding. Start dates are determined after funding is confirmed.

Salary Range: $133,400.00 - $200,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
