The role encompasses team leadership, cross function interfaces and close relationship with other regions, including the American headquarters, in reporting (weekly, monthly and quarterly), provision management, presentations, feasibility analysis among others.
Your day to day:
Collaboration: Team leadership and development, financial planning and analysis, budget management, management of strategic KPIs.
Assessment: Leadership of technology projects, process innovation and automation, feasibility analysis, preparation of Financial Reports, relationship with the business areas, other regions and the headquarters.
What do you need to bring
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information accurately, clearly and quickly to all levels.
Education: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related courses. Experience in FP&A Management - preferably in the means of payment or e-commerce segment. Customer/Enhanced Due Diligence investigation or verifications.
