The Field Service Manager is responsible for managing equipment and programs at current and future dealers and identifying and growing potential opportunities within assigned territory. Working with various departments at dealerships by using automotive experience and excellent relationship building skills to provide service and technical support for our products and ensure the long-term success of automotive dealers.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Follows Sym-Tech FSM Operating Guidelines
• Installs Sym-Tech equipment at customer retail locations
• Maintains excellent business relationships with Sym-Tech automotive dealers by providing superior service
• Trains Service Department staff on how to use equipment and explain program benefits
• Responds in a timely manner to various customer requests
• Engages Sym-Tech resources and/or departments of customer issues and follow-up to ensure issue are addressed
• Completes Product Dealer Development Call reports for dealers within assigned territory 
• Trains and assist dealers with the claims process
• Identifies opportunities to add new product lines to dealers

Qualifications:

• Experience in the Automotive Retail industry working in a service or body shop capacity
• Fully bilingual in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Ideal candidate would reside in the following areas: Ottawa Valley, Pembroke, Cornwall, Brockville
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and well-organized records
• Possess a clean and valid driver’s license
