Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
Location: Treehouse Animal Clinic, 2000 Moores Mill Road NW Atlanta, GA 30318
Treehouse Animal Clinic is a well-established veterinary practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality medical care to pets while delivering outstanding service to their families. We are currently a 3-DVM practice that is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team and help us ensure every client and patient feels welcomed and cared for.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, whether in person, over the phone, via email, text, etc. You’ll play an essential role in creating a positive experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the veterinary team in the daily operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments, manage reminders, and confirm upcoming visits
Answer phone calls, emails, and questions promptly and courteously
Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate client records
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for patients
Communicate treatment plans, policies, and follow-up instructions clearly to clients, as directed by the veterinarian
Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative needs
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
Provide compassionate support to clients during stressful or emotional situations
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required (veterinary or medical office experience preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with computer systems and cloud based software
Has reliable transportation and arrives early/on time to all shifts
A compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor with both people and pets
High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule & Hours
Mondays – Fridays: 7:40 AM – 6:00 PM (once - two week days off per week, possibly half days)
Rotating Saturdays: 8:40 AM – 1:00 PM
Full-time position, averaging 30+ hours per week
