JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Marketing in the Smeal College of Business is seeking a teaching assistant for the online Masters degree course, MKTG 540 (Marketing Analytics) for spring 2026 (Jan 20 to May 1) taught by Professor Arvind Rangaswamy. Responsibilities include grading, monitoring discussion board, and answering queries related to course content.
The ideal candidate will have the following background/experience: Good quantitative skills (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science), 3 - 5 years industry experience, successful completion of a previous offering of MKTG 540 or equivalent course, good knowledge of marketing, and good writing and communication skills. Flexible work schedule requiring 10 hours per week. This is a part-time position with hourly pay commensurate with background and experience.
