Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Audit & Regulatory Management

  • Lead statutory audit from planning to closure.
  • Manage tax audit and compliance deliverables.
  • Ensure closure of audit observations.
  • Prepare complete Financial as per company law schedules including disclosures.

2. GST & Taxation

  • Own end-to-end GST compliance including returns, reconciliations and audits.
  • Strengthen GSTR2A reconciliation and optimize input tax credit.
  • Drive continuous improvement in GST processes.
  • Perform reconciliation of tax balances and critical balance sheet items.
  • Manage ITR-6 filing and transfer pricing compliance.

3. Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Support to Manager in drive monthly, quarterly and annual financial close with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP / US GAAP.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely closure of books.
  • Support leadership with reliable financial insights.

4. Compliance, Controls & Governance

  • Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance.
  • Manage statutory compliance tracking.
  • Implement regulatory and policy updates.
  • Develop systems to track tax and compliance changes.

5. Global Projects & Transformation

  • Support global finance initiatives and process improvements.
  • Drive automation and efficiency projects.

Qualifications & Experience

  • CA/CMA with 2+ years PQE OR CA/CMA Inter with 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience in MNC environment preferred.

Technical Skills

  • SAP/Any ERP, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to Power BI and Power Automate.
