Physical Therapist – Outpatient Therapy

At NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist, our Physical Therapists use advanced technology and best-practice techniques to restore and maximize patient mobility. We provide one-on-one therapies that are tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients.  Our work continues to help patients reach their full potential. Join our inter-disciplinary team and provide high-quality rehabilitation for our patients throughout the continuum of care including acute care, acute inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation.

This is a full-time position in the outpatient therapy rotation working Monday- Friday, with rotating weekend and holiday coverage. Shift hours will be either:  7a-3p, 8:30a-4:30p, or 11-7. Annual rotations include working on our many acute care units, acute inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation.  This position is located at NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Preferred Criteria

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy 
• American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) membership

Required Criteria

• One year of experience practicing in the outpatient therapy setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy 
• New York State Physical Therapist License within one year of hire

Salary Range:

$105,000-$126,000/Annual
