LoveStream Logistics and Operations Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (On-Site)
Compensation: $70-90k annual salary
LoveStream is looking for a Logistics and Operations Manager to own and optimize the operational engine that powers our customer experience. As the premier provider of photobooths and live-streaming infrastructure for weddings and other events, this is the ideal opportunity for a hands-on Logistics and Operations Manager eager to take ownership of coordinating inventory availability, optimizing shipping costs, solving operational challenges in real-time, and building systems that scale efficiently.
LoveStream is where technology meets celebration. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on everything that happens after a sale is made. You'll work closely with leadership, warehouse operations, and customer support to ensure equipment arrives on time, inventory is accurately tracked, operational issues are resolved quickly, and customers have a seamless experience across hundreds of events.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced start-up environments, loves solving complex logistical challenges, and enjoys building systems that scale.
Own the operational planning and coordination of all inbound and outbound equipment shipments (50-100 daily shipments).
Determine shipping timelines based on delivery location, event dates, inventory availability, and carrier performance.
Optimize shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines while balancing efficiency and customer experience.
Proactively identify shipment risks, delays, inventory shortages, and operational bottlenecks.
Maintain visibility into all equipment inventory, consumables, and rental assets.
Track returns, missing components, damaged equipment, and inventory utilization.
Partner with warehouse and support staff to improve quality control and inventory accuracy.
Help forecast future equipment needs based on sales volume and upcoming event demand.
Build, document, and continuously improve operational workflows and internal processes.
Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to support company growth.
Partner with leadership on operational improvement initiatives such as barcoding, inventory automation, and process documentation.
Help oversee customer support workflows and ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Investigate shipment issues, damaged equipment, missing inventory, and customer-reported problems.
Develop processes that improve response times, working cross-functionally with customer-facing teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
Serve as the primary bridge between warehouse operations and customer support.
Serve as a key operational partner across the organization.
Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as the company scales.
Help create structure and accountability around day-to-day business operations.
3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, customer operations, or a related field.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience managing complex workflows involving multiple moving pieces and deadlines.
Systems-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfortable working on-site in Charlotte, NC.
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, event operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or rental-based businesses.
Experience working in startups or high-growth companies.
Experience building processes from the ground up.
Familiarity with Airtable or similar operational workflow tools.
Experience implementing inventory tracking, barcode, or asset management systems.
Shipping plans are executed accurately and efficiently.
Equipment inventory is tracked and utilized effectively.
Operational processes become more scalable and less dependent on leadership involvement.
Customer support operations run smoothly and efficiently.
