As a member of Gas Power Global Supply Chain, the SI&OP Finance Leader is a key finance partner for the Global Supply Chain Material Management team as well as the Gas Power Services & New Units ITR finance leadership. The role holder manages the business's material demand and supply and translates these into financial outcomes.
Job Description
What you’ll do
- Run the quarterly IRR (Internal Reconciliation Review) process, ensuring alignment between demand and supply dynamics and financial outcomes
- Drive ongoing enhancements in the SI&OP process, collaborating closely with Demand and Supply teams to optimize performance
- Oversee and automate critical L1 KPIs, such as Budget Attainment, providing insightful analysis of their impact on the Services P&L.
- Manage the Strategy cycle (5-year outlook) for Global Supply Chain capacity, translating forecasts into actionable financial strategies for Services
- Take ownership of the material signal for Services ITR, ensuring demand and supply dynamics are effectively managed and supporting GSC capacity across the Gas Power business
- Utilize advanced technology and tools to enhance work efficiency, promoting the adoption of standard work practices
- Lead and support LEAN and standardization projects across GSC, delivering high-impact financial analytics and controls that foster operational accountability
