Schedule: 100% Onsite
Assignment Length: 4–6 Months (Temporary Contract) Job Description We are seeking a bright, detail-oriented, and ambitious candidate to join the Compliance, Ethics, and Legal – Corporate Law PM team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support by assisting with the logging and tracking of filings and appeals. This position plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely communication across internal business partners. Key Responsibilities
  • Log and track filings and appeals accurately and efficiently
  • Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the Corporate Law PM team
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal business partners
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
Minimum Qualifications
  • 0-1 year of call center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of related administrative experience
Experience communicating with internal business partners or cross-functional teams

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
