Job Responsibilities:

Internal Control and Compliance

• Assist in internal control review based on the control points, document the findings.
• Compliance Consulting: Provide relevant process, internal control, and compliance system consulting for the company's business departments.
• Compliance Review: Assist in conducting compliance reviews of the company's distributors.
• Compliance Training: Assist in compliance promotion and training for the company

Chop & Filling management：

• Review the compliance of seal use application, ensure the use of seals is in line with the company's relevant procedures; register and maintain the records of seal usage.
• Coordinate with other departments of the company and be responsible for the filing and archiving of relevant documents.

• Bachelor above, Major in accounting or finance is preferred
• Good interpersonal skills to enable effective and influential internal and external contacts.
• Exhibit analytical skills and an understanding of operational processes and technology concepts
• Excellent presentation skills with large and small audiences.
• Competent in both oral and written English and Chinese
• PC skills with Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint etc.
• Thoroughness and good attention to detail
