Safety and Quality:

• Creates and maintains a safe work environment; identifies and reports hazards
• Performs shiftly wipe downs
• Consistently supports established safety and quality processes
• Participates in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) actions

• Identifies and helps resolve gaps in procedures
• Ensures the quality of passdowns by including all pertinent area information
• Performs required machine checks, buddy checks and product inspections
• Uses proper handling methods for transporting product

Workstation Efficiency:

• Demonstrates expertise in executing area routine operations to ensure  throughput needs are accomplished
• Partners with area engineering on workstation and operational enhancements or inefficiencies
• Covers additional workstations and tasks during staffing shortages or at supervisor direction
• Monitors status of key bottlenecks and priority workstations throughout shift to ensure they are running efficiently per ship gap in FabQ
• Ensures all relevant lot information is commented and passed down to the next shift
• Executes to shift game plan as developed by Supervisor
• Verifies machines are logged accurately in ETO
• Shares effective organizational skills with others

WIP Management:

• Facilitates the movement of product through assigned area(s) to improve cycle time
• Resolves or escalates lot issues in Special Work Requests (SWR), GeRM, MTAS lots
• Reviews Prod/Dev hold lots and prioritizes what can be resolved and escalates as necessary
• Follows up on stage fails, track out fails, or recipe not on tool errors
• Adds MTAS comments to lots per requirements
• Provides oversight of area pmons, condition plates, daily qual plates, blanks, etc.  Maintains adequate stock level and monitors for  post inspect results
• Verifies lot information in product tracking systems
• Performs SPACE checks and enter accurate comments for blanks and pmons

Support Training and Documentation:

• Updates procedures to align with area practices and to support training
• Supports the integration of new Learning items in the area(s)
• Performs area assessments and certifications on time
• Assists in the training of others as directed by leadership
• Ensures Best Known Methods (BKM’s) are documented and shared with the team

Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated knowledge of statistics by using SPACE
• Proven ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally
• Proven ability to accurately read and interpret verbal and written instructions to improve area efficiency
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Excel
• Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
• Proven ability in multi-tasking and driving basic projects
• Proven ability to troubleshoot basic problems and identify and resolve root causes
• Proven ability to recognize performance gaps and identify steps to improve
• Proven ability to follow basic procedures and work with minimal supervision
