About the Team

The Subscriptions Team supports all Workday customers to fulfill their contractual growth reporting obligations. In conjunction with providing outstanding customer support, we streamline and scale the reporting process to run a growing business for all Workday partners.

About the Role

The Senior Associate Subscriptions Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for analyzing subscription agreements, working directly with customers to complete required actions in a timely manner while collaborating extensively with internal teams. This role is cross-functional working closely with Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, Customer Operations, Finance & Legal. Success in the role requires a collaborative demeanor and approach, ability to work independently across organizations, and creativity to proactively strategize and innovate processes.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing the subscriptions reporting process in a timely manner while partnering closely with Sales
  • Perform and complete regular reviews to identify trends and uncover useful insights with regards to subscription licensing
  • Develop partnerships with extended internal teams to increase customer awareness of reporting process and drive customer success
  • Proactively supervise customer base adherence with their underlying subscription agreements
  • Liaise with internal partners and customers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner, while being cognizant of overall customer relationship
  • Meet sales objectives such as quota and efficiency requirements
  • Provide guidance and expertise that contributes to adherence with Workday’s subscription agreements

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role

Other Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com is preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving tangible goals on a consistent basis
  • Experience with account management or pipeline development is preferred
  • High level of dedication to process adherence and a focus on business simplification
  • Strong team player able to represent Workday’s outstanding customer experience while handling critical customer discussions
  • Comfortable communicating and engaging with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record to work in an independent and collaborative manner
  • Proactive, creative, entrepreneurial and results-oriented
