Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

Senior Corporate Credit Analyst

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests of mid-to-large corporate clients

• Follow-up on development of portfolio quality and initiate actions to keep portfolio quality on target level

• Present credit recommendations to credit committees and respond to inquiries and feedback

• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite frameworks

• Ensure continuous improvement of credit policies, processes and models

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective processes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 2+ years of experience in corporate credit analysis, commercial banking, or related field

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Proficiency and understanding of ERP systems

• Advanced Microsoft Excel user

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders in Europe

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively across functions

• Analytic mindset, strong stress handling ability

• Improvement and innovation-driven, independent and lean orientated individual
