The Workday Success Plans Team are all about our customers and their entire journey with Workday - we create programs to help them drive business value from their Workday applications. The team is responsible for delivering a variety of programs and services to our customers ranging from feature demonstrations to guidance during their deployments.

About the Role

As a Senior Deployment Review and Assessment Manager, you will be a
key player on a high functioning team that guides our customers
through their deployment lifecycle. You will be the Workday lead
ultimately responsible for growing key customer relationships, attending
Steering Committee meetings, and handling the customer experience
through the entirety of the service. You will also become an expert on the Workday Success Plans (WSP) team, focused on guiding our customers through an exceptional Workday experience as we innovate and focus on constant improvement of the WSP Service.

Workday is looking for a Senior or Principal Deployment Review and Assessment Manager (DRM) with Strong HCM or Financials expertise to join our growing Deployment review and assessment(DRA) team.


Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the Workday’ HCM and Financials product suite
  • Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
  • Provide guidance to partner and client resources during escalations
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and issues simultaneously
  • Work with customer project managers to ensure the service is completed on time and per expectations
  • Confirm that projects are on schedule per defined project timeline
  • Attend Executive Steering Committee meetings during project critical issue situations or,
  • Be a liaison for sales and partner relations by providing partner implementation success data

About You

Basic Qualifications (Must Haves)

Senior Engagement Manager, Deployment Review and Assessment

  • 3-5 years of experience of project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.

  • 3-5 years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.

Principal Engagement Manager, Deployment Review and Assessment

  • 5-8+ years of experience of project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.

  • 5-8+years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.

Other Qualifications

  • Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.

  • Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar application.

  • Proven grasp with at least one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Services procurement.

  • Project Management experience.

  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.

  • Business development skills and a passion for customer service

  • Previous experience with a major systems integrator and/or an enterprise software company a plus.

  • Previous service sales experience a plus. Successful candidates have a balance of functional (business) and technical experience.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $126,300 USD - $189,500 USD
