About the Role

As the Field Marketing Manager for Adobe Japan, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth within the Enterprise sector. We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded marketer who can balance high-level ABM strategy with world-class execution. You will act as a critical bridge between our Global/APAC marketing programs and the local Sales organization, ensuring that our go-to-market approach is culturally resonant and yields high-impact results.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic ABM Execution: Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify high-value target accounts. Define and deliver personalized, multi-touch Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plans (1:1 and 1:few) to build awareness, drive penetration, and accelerate deal cycles.
  • End-to-End Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of events, including Executive Roundtables, Meet ups, and bespoke networking experiences. Manage all logistics, from venue sourcing and vendor management (AOR) to onsite "day-of-show" leadership.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Accountability: Own the local pipeline generation targets. Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of programs on sales cycles, providing data-driven insights via weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Navigate Adobe’s matrix organization to align local needs with JAPAC Centers of Excellence (CoE). Act as the primary marketing consultant to the Japan Enterprise Sales team.
  • Content Localization & Optimization: Adapt global campaign assets and messaging to fit the unique nuances of the Japanese business landscape, ensuring all customer-facing materials are culturally relevant and professional.
  • Budget & Agency Management: Manage the field marketing budget for your assigned territory/segment, ensuring cost efficiencies and high-quality output from external agencies and partners.

Who You Are

  • Strategic Partner: You are viewed as a credible peer to Sales. You understand their challenges and can translate business needs into actionable, revenue-focused marketing programs.
  • Execution Excellence: You have a "player-manager" mindset—equally comfortable presenting a strategy to executives as you are managing the granular logistics of a high-stakes event.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can handle ambiguity with ease, and adjust to changing business priorities with flexibility.
  • Data-Informed: You are an analytical problem-solver who understands revenue marketing principles and uses data to optimize performance.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ABM, or event/community marketing. Experience working with enterprise-level accounts is a plus.
  • Event Mastery: Proven track record of delivering premium, high-touch executive experiences and large-scale proprietary events.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working effectively within a global matrix organization, influencing peers, and managing senior-level management expectations.
  • Tools: Proficiency in marketing technology stacks, such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Workfront. Knowledge of event tools like Rainfocus or Splash is a plus.
  • Languages: Native-level fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (for global collaboration and reporting).
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
