Position Summary

1. Promote revenue maximization by developing and executing response plans for market changes and sales targets.
2. Expand the win-win business model through customer trait analysis and management.

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Specialist to support our Retail Account Manager in driving sales growth and operational excellence for the LCD monitors category at Samsung. This is a dynamic role involving coordination with internal teams and retail partners to execute sales plans and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Retail Account Manager overseeing the LCD monitors category for Samsung in the assigned region.

  • Implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans in coordination with Product Management, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.

  • Proactively monitor order fulfillment and product availability (daily, weekly, monthly).

  • Support the Retail Account Manager in the following areas:

    • Sell-out data analysis and drawing actionable insights.

    • Maintaining active communication with retail partners.

    • Monitoring promotions and evaluating their effectiveness.

  • Work within the ERP system to support sales and resale planning:

    • Enter sell-in data based on agreements with Retail Partners and Product Management.

    • Track sell-out data related to promotions, sales trends, and current offers.

    • Maintain appropriate inventory levels across the sales channel.

  • Assist with marketing-related tasks:

    • Ensure effective use of the marketing budget.

    • Communicate directly with partners’ marketing departments.

  • Report in a hybrid structure to both the Sales Manager and Retail Account Manager.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales role within an international organization.

  • Proven experience working with Retail Partners, Distributors, or Product Management.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present benefits effectively.

  • Confident presenter with an open and collaborative approach.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
