ABOUT THE TEAM

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
    Carry out a range of basic tasks within a business operations managed services function, supporting leading investment banking clients in derivatives clearing for OTC Cleared products and Listed Derivatives Futures & Options, including margining, reconciliation, reference data setup, and execution brokerage settlement.
    Carry out a range of tasks within a business operations managed services function, supporting leading investment banking clients in syndicate loan processing, collateral loan obligations (CLO) for asset managers including cash reconciliations, trade settlements, funding, global data set up, fund accounting & administration for private equity clients.
    Carry out a range of tasks within US Taxation including preparation of form 1041, 990 tax returns and involved in the analysis and resolution of all questions and queries associated with the returns.  
    Handle various functional duties and activities relevant to business operations, projects, and exchange updates.
    Conduct research and analysis on suitable information technology practices, processes, and procedures.
    May develop a general understanding of basic financial services and banking operations.
    Participate in relevant training sessions to build essential knowledge and understanding of key topics. 

WHAT YOU BRING
    Expertise in derivatives, loan processing and US taxation is essential.
    Foundational understanding of networks, computing devices, operating systems, systems development, and information systems architecture relevant to the business.
    Proficient computer skills, including solid experience with MS Office.
    Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
    Proactively seeks out and shares important technical or industry knowledge with colleagues.
