Mission Statement
Accountable for growth of PQP orders in the country, bring product competence and PQP focus within the country.
Your Responsibilities
- Demand order growth for PQP in the country pre-sales and value-based selling activities. Drive segment specific promotion, marketing and spec-in activities. Strategize and implement the introduction of new products.
- Meet Customers on a regular basis. Lead technical influence of specifications, identify new channels.
- Collect and provide market information, competitive situation to Hub and GPMM/GPM for R&D projects.
- Channel development lead developing and maintaining channels to market (distributor, technical distributor, OEM, system integrator etc.). Support local sales teams to develop and maintain channels. Be a bridge between factory and local sales teams to ensure healthy channel management.
- Develop, follow up and keep updated a market development plan for the Hub on the corresponding PL. Pro-actively support improvement of strategic pricing, track and understand market prices, select target and non-target projects and select and use strategic pricing to drive market prices.
- In cooperation with HUB M&S Manager identify and propose MWO to GPMM, lead the MWO together with the local units, make sure relevant processes are implemented and provide needed feedback to GPMM.
- Ownership of Implementation in country for Hub and GPG marketing plan (e.g. campaigns).
- Participation in monthly forecast meetings, keep overview of results per PL, identify deviations and propose countermeasures to HUB M&S Manager and GPMM.
- Propose right sourcing strategy. Participate in GPMM global PMM meetings and provide VoC for the Hub, Oversight of Supply - Demand action list.
- Organize/participate in technical seminars and customer events. Develop the GPG technical competence in the allocated country (identify competence gaps and organize trainings in DSU).
- Participate in RR as per HUB Demand request Identify pre-qualification/certification needs, inform the factory, and start the process and support on the customer management activities in coordination with the local unit.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or similar. More than 10 years of experience in direct sales and sales management.
- Sound knowledge of Hitachi Energy Power Quality Products and Solutions.
- Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling across systems, solutions, products and service categories Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management, channel development, and commercial and legal terms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
