Candidate should have good transactional experience executing derivatives, structured finance, securitization and/or other complex finance/capital markets transactions. A strong candidate will have had exposure to and experience with ISDA documentation, repo documentation and a range of asset classes included rates, FX, credit and/or equity derivatives, as well as a good understanding of the U.S. regulatory landscape for derivatives (CFTC and SEC). Strong communication and client skills required. Must be a team player who enjoys a fast-paced and varied workload.
Candidates should be class of 2018- 2020 and looking to join the New York office. JD or L.L..M required. Admission to the New York State Bar preferred.
The base salary range offered for this role will be between $365,000 and $420,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, as well as the needs of the firm. The total compensation package for this position may include discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
