The eCommerce Merchandiser (Central) will work alongside the wider Platform Team and Dyson’s appointed content outsourcing company, Hogarth Worldwide (HWW), to deliver CMS and CRM related projects, providing support to the business. This purpose of the eCommerce Merchandiser role is to be a subject matter expert for all CMS merchandising projects, providing support to the EMEA markets and to the wider business.  

You will work closely with the EMEA eCommerce and Local Digital Teams to deliver projects, campaigns, optimisations and content fixes to drive the continuous improvement of the onsite experience Your work will help support the growth of the web-shop channel as part of the wider EMEA business.  

The responsibilities are as follows: 

  • Coordinating  content translation approvals with EMEA markets and supporting trading teams on any required merchandising changes. 
     

  • Delivery of multi-lingual web content for EMEA markets, supporting content management across various CMS platforms as well as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 

 

  • Collaboration with designers, experience delivery managers, copywriters, commercial, and market representatives to deliver a best-in-class and seamless dyson.com customer journey, meeting the highest standards of digital experience and brand image. 
     

  • Quality Control – QA of .com content from Global digital teams to ensure quality and compliance with website performance requirements  . 

 

  • Collaboration with the product management team to test new functionalities on the CMS platforms as subject matter experts. Once delivered, ensure these new functionalities are  enabled on the live sites. 

 

  • User acceptance testing and business validation testing (BVT) – ensuring new website functionality is fit for purpose before release.  
     

  • Raising IT incidents and working with IT teams to resolve issues as they arise. 

 

About you 

  • Digital: You have a good understanding of all things digital and eCommerce. 
     

  • Systems: Prior knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, AEM, Hybris, Magento 2 and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be advantageous but not essential.  
     

  • Owners First: You’ll understand and think about what these plans and actions do for our owner experience. 
     

  • Agile: Be capable of working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, with autonomy and flexibility.

  • Language: Fluent in English and one of EMEA Language (French, Italian, German, Dutch, Spanish) is preferable
