About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Capital Markets and Trading Leader within Wells Fargo’s Multifamily Capital platform, with responsibility for execution strategy, market risk management, and distribution performance across Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae products. Primary functions include:
Act as a decision‑maker linking origination, underwriting, credit, and capital markets to ensure disciplined risk transfer and consistent execution through market cycles.
Assist in pricing strategy and issuance planning amid changing rate, liquidity, and regulatory conditions, while managing exposure to market structure risks (dealer capacity, funding constraints, and supply timing).
Provide senior‑level market intelligence and policy interpretation to executive stakeholders.
Function as a trusted platform advisor and internal communicator, translating complex market signals into actionable guidance for senior management, production leadership, and institutional counterparts.
Represent the firm in high‑level market discussions, contributing to platform strategy, risk governance, and long‑term franchise competitiveness.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
