Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and operate Data Warehouse and other data platforms to provide efficient & reliable data services to our partner teams

• Implement best practices/design to ensure efficient data pipelines performance, diagnose and solve issues in existing data pipelines

• Communicate with data users to understand the key business requirement and provide proper data solution

• Cooperate with data users during the development life cycle to ensure the delivered work can greatly fulfil their expectation

• Cooperate with Digital & Technology Solutions department to conduct smooth periodic/ad-hoc server maintenance, upgrade or troubleshoot in case of technical issue

• Document and maintain data document such as data model, data dictionary, data flow diagrams, object relationship diagrams, deployment plan and testing scripts

Job Requirements:

• 2 years or above experience with design, development of data solutions

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related disciplines from accredited universities

• Knowledge in CRM, BI, data mining, MS SQL Server and Data Warehouse

• Possess excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Possess experience with Reporting, ETL, Data Analytics and BI fields is preferred

• Possess experience with SQL on RDBMS and Data Warehouse schema definitions, data modeling and design is preferred
