Commercial Partner Digital and eCommerce Manager

Description -

Looking for a Digital evangelist to join the Omnichannel team to help drive HP’s digital transformation.  As a key member of the Partner Digital team, our goal is to Win wherever customers are searching, shopping or buying so that we can maximize market share, revenue, and margin.

The ideal candidate understands the Commercial channel and has 3-5 years of digital marketing experience. This individual is able to identify key opportunities to improve HP’s overall customer experience on our Partner websites and is an effective communicator who can build relationships and influence to drive change internally and within our top partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Category strengthen existing online HP business with key HP Channel Partners (Insight, Connection, etc)

  • Analyze and understand partner digital strategy, online platform and execute key optimizations and recommendations to improve online sales of HP products.  By improving the overall customer experience on Product Detail Pages, Win in onsite Search, dominate offsite search and identify and execute Conversation Rate Optimization opportunities.

  • Provide online recommendations including but not limited to: ecommerce, SEO, paid search, customer experience (quarterly and annual reviews of measurable results for key accounts). 

  • Conduct A/B testing to identify optimal customer experience and drive incremental revenue for HP as well as documenting best practices to share across the organization.

  • Support HP data collection program that track partners adoptions of best practices and drive improvements in partner experience scores.

  • Identify and share digital best practices across the team.

  • Have firm understanding of HP Commercial products and stay up to date with digital industry knowledge.

  • 25% travel required.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

  • 5-10 years of professional experience. Sales experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated Team leadership experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Self-starter, collaborative and results-oriented relationship manager

  • Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.

  • Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.

  • Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally.

  • Experienced digital professional who can lead cross functional teams in driving digital strategy and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results

  • Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $110,000 to $160,000 annually, with a 80/20 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
