Main Responsibilities:
Execute company & purchasing strategy and policies.
Release and adjust purchase orders according to the production demand.
Track the execution progress of purchase orders and handle abnormal issues (such as delays and quality problems).
Be responsible for the planning and control of material inventory, as well as the analysis and handling of OSMI.
Monitor the consumption of materials, formulate replenishment strategies, set safety stock standards and make dynamic adjustments.
Establishment and maintenance the main parameters of ERP.
Import BOM according to the production plan requirements and maintain the existing BOM in the ERP.
Based on the material inventory and order situation, provide exact suggestions and assist the relevant departments in determining the machine order delivery date.
Work together with related department on materials status.
Cooperate with Finance for the invoice.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications:
Above more than 5 years’ work experience in related purchasing field, working experience in large machinery manufacturing enterprises is a plus.
Self-motivator, and willingness to work under pressure.
PC skills, ERP experience.
Fluent in English speaking and written.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
EHS and quality awareness.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical design or engineering background preferred..
