Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute company & purchasing strategy and policies.
  • Release and adjust purchase orders according to the production demand.
  • Track the execution progress of purchase orders and handle abnormal issues (such as delays and quality problems).
  • Be responsible for the planning and control of material inventory, as well as the analysis and handling of OSMI.
  • Monitor the consumption of materials, formulate replenishment strategies, set safety stock standards and make dynamic adjustments.
  • Establishment and maintenance the main parameters of ERP.
  • Import BOM according to the production plan requirements and maintain the existing BOM in the ERP.
  • Based on the material inventory and order situation, provide exact suggestions and assist the relevant departments in determining the machine order delivery date.
  • Work together with related department on materials status.
  • Cooperate with Finance for the invoice.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

  • Above more than 5 years’ work experience in related purchasing field, working experience in large machinery manufacturing enterprises is a plus.
  • Self-motivator, and willingness to work under pressure.
  • PC skills, ERP experience.
  • Fluent in English speaking and written.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • EHS and quality awareness.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical design or engineering background preferred..
