About the role

As a Manufacturing Line Operator, you will work on the production floor in a regulated, process‑driven environment, supporting daily manufacturing schedules while following strict quality and safety standards. 

This role is a fixed term summer position with final working dates as 31st of August 2026.

This role suits someone who is: 

• Comfortable with hands‑on, routine production work 

• Reliable, detail‑focused and safety‑conscious 

• Happy working to defined procedures and schedules 

What you'll do

• Operate production and/or test equipment 

• Follow GMP, safety rules and standard operating procedures 

• Meet daily production targets with guidance from your Supervisor 

• Record production data accurately using approved systems 

• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues as required 

• Support training of new team members when needed 

• Contribute to continuous improvement activities 

What we're looking for

• Manufacturing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential 

• Good communication and teamwork skills 

• Basic computer skills 

• A positive, flexible attitude and strong attention to detail 

• Experience in regulated or manufacturing environments (e.g. medical device, pharma, food, automotive) is beneficial.
