Job Description:
The Senior Revenue Management Consultant supports the Ancillary Revenue Team by providing expert Revenue Management Leadership to high‑priority commercial initiatives. They’ll design and Lead strategies that align people, assets, and network decisions to maximize ancillary and total revenue opportunities. They’ll ensure the Revenue Management perspective is embedded in commercial and enterprise decisions, informed by Customer preferences and willingness to pay. The Senior Revenue Management Consultant plays a key role in driving margin expansion, loyalty redemption strategy, and long‑term financial sustainability while supporting Southwest’s Customer‑friendly brand promise.

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $132,200 per year to $146,900 per
year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual
contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the
discretion of the company.
