• Serves as escalation point for Level 2 team
• Serves as SME for applications supported
• Investigates and resolves complex issues related to processing or data quality 
• Investigates root cause, develops and implements permanent solutions to problem records as aligned with Problem Management process

Day to day activities:

• Investigate handed over and new incidents escalated to the queue​
• Reply to emails addressed to the team 
• Handle requests for information related to application logic​
• Handles problem records

Technology and Functional Skills:

• Data Visualization, Information Delivery, Dashboards and Reports – required 
• Data Integration, Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) – required 
• Databases, SQL – required 
• Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) concepts – required 
• Azure data platform and components – preferred
• CICD/Git - preferred
