What You’ll Do:

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow

  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments

  • Support both clients and medical staff in a fun, fast-paced, moderately stressful environment where teamwork is everything

  • Bring positivity and problem-solving skills to each interaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills

  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment

  • Comfort working under moderate stress while staying upbeat

  • A love for pets and a desire to help their people

  • Previous veterinary experience is a plus but not required!

  • Avimark experience preferred, but not required.
