Class B CDL Driver Trainee

No CDL required - We will pay for your CDL!

 

Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm in North America, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer service-oriented Driver Trainee to join our Glen Burnie team!

This foundational role presents an excellent chance to begin a career as a CDL driver. As a Driver Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to help you acquire your CDL. Upon successful completion of the training, Triumvirate will cover the costs for your CDL certification. Once you achieve your CDL certification, you'll be eligible for a full-time CDL driver position with us.

Essential responsibilities:

• Learn and mentee under our Transportation Manager & assigned Mentor.
• Learn to safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state, and federal requirements.
• Develop an understanding of OSHA & RCRA regulations, and Triumvirate’s Health and Safety Practices.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Assist in loading and offloading freight. In addition, this person will collaborate with team onsite to complete projects as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 21 years or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• A positive attitude and the willingness to learn
• A desire to start a career in Transportation
• Be willing to soak up a TON of training around health, safety, and best industry practices
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position
