In this role, you provide end-to-end specification management support, leverage digital tools for data analysis and provide valuable direction and insight for management to make informed decisions. We are seeking a candidate who understands how specification data and processes can be applied and improved to better support emerging business needs, and who can develop strong cross-functional relationships to support compliance and improved data quality.

How you will contribute

• Provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards and provide technical support for specifications processes
• Collect, analyse and interpret data using the appropriate tools to drive decision making including conducting root-cause analysis
• Identify and lead improvements to ways of working and processes
• Partner with and coach other functions to ensure data consistency and completeness
• Work with multiple, diverse stakeholders across regions
• Understand business challenges, create valuable, actionable insights using data, and communicate your findings to stakeholders

What you will bring

• Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
• Experience in working with SAP PLM & SharePoint
• Medium to high skill level in managing large amounts of data using digital tools
• Experience in Data Literacy is an advantage: hands on experience/keen interest to develop with tools such as Macros in Excel, PowerBI, Tableau etc. and the ability to present data and trends in a creative and comprehensive way
• System & Process oriented with high level of attention to detail
• Experience in other cross-functional business processes (e.g. I2M) is desirable
• Full proficiency in English (both written & spoken)
• Clear communication with stakeholders
• Ability to balance multiple tasks through effective prioritisation
