Who We Are.
At We Insure Group, we are passionate, driven, and purposeful in our mission to personalize protection at the right value. We believe in delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring they feel confident and supported in every decision.
As both a franchise platform and direct insurance provider, We Insure empowers like-minded entrepreneurs with the opportunity to own and operate successful agencies. With over 200 locations across 35 states, we support our agency owners, customers, and carrier partners by enabling faster service, greater efficiency, better choices, and improved results.
What sets us apart? We’re data-driven for better value and people led for better service. Our purpose is rooted in clarity, guidance, and long-term trust helping individuals and business owners make informed choices about their insurance coverage. We're building something meaningful and looking for purpose-driven individuals to help lead the way.
Your Impact.
We Insure is seeking an experienced, hands-on quoting and placement expert to join our team as a Franchise Placement & Production Manager. This is a production-focused role not an administrative one. The right candidate is a seasoned personal lines insurance professional who brings deep carrier knowledge, sharp quoting instincts, and a genuine passion for helping franchise owners write and place more business. You'll serve as a trusted daily resource for franchise agents, actively driving production results across the network through strategic guidance, carrier expertise, and hands-on execution.
Uniquely positioned at the intersection of franchise production and Carrier Relations, this role bridges the gap between what agents need on the ground and the carrier strategy that powers the network. You'll own key production program including Quote Buddy, Concierge Quoting, and out-of-state referral workflows while partnering closely with our Carrier Relations team to ensure agents are fully equipped to utilize appointments, navigate underwriting, and convert opportunities into bound business. If you're energized by solving complex placement challenges, coaching agents to higher performance, and making a measurable impact at scale, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Placement
Support franchise agents with live quoting and placement strategy across personal lines products
Review risks and recommend the best carrier and coverage approach based on appetite and market fit
Assist agents with complex and hard-to-place risks, providing creative solutions to keep opportunities moving

Help agents move opportunities through the pipeline from quote to close with with speed and confidence

Ensure clean, complete handoffs back to agents for binding with minimal friction
Out-of-State Referral Coordination
Route out-of-state business appropriately based on licensing and carrier access
Ensure no opportunities are lost due to access or licensing gaps
Track and improve referral conversion through consistent process management
Systems & Workflow Execution
Troubleshoot and optimize quoting and workflow configurations across core platforms: Applied Epic (AMS), InsuredMine (CRM & pipeline), QuoteRush, EZLynx, and carrier portals
Identify and resolve gaps in agent quoting setups quickly to minimize production disruption
Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and clean data flow across all systems
Serve as a subject matter expert on system capabilities and quoting best practices
Carrier Support & Market Intelligence
Act as a day-to-day carrier resource for agents, providing guidance on appetite, submission strategy, and escalation support
Partner with the Carrier Relations team to align on carrier appetite, growth strategy, and access issues
Surface trends from the field — including underwriting shifts, pricing changes, and patterns in declines — to inform broader carrier strategy
Support carrier rollout and onboarding execution to ensure agents can effectively quote and bind with new appointments
Carrier Meeting Participation
Attend select carrier meetings and training sessions to stay current on market developments
Capture key takeaways and translate them into clear, actionable guidance for franchise agents
Provide feedback from the field on quoting challenges, carrier usability, and appetite clarity
Support follow-through to ensure agents adopt new information and translate it into production impact
Agent Support & Enablement
Provide one-on-one coaching to franchise agents on quoting strategy, carrier placement, and system usage
Support new franchise onboarding with hands-on quoting guidance to set agents up for early success
