Job Summary • This role is responsible for building strong relationships with enterprise accounts, developing industry knowledge and skills, and identifying new business opportunities. The role manages contracts and onboarding, reports progress, and achieves financial targets while maintaining profitability. The role analyzes data and generates insights to add value to the client. Responsibilities • Builds and nurtures strong relationships with assigned clients and establishes regular communication to understand their needs, concerns, and goals. • Ensures client satisfaction by addressing their inquiries, identifying and resolving issues, and managing expectations. • Develops skills and knowledge about the industry, products, and client relationship management techniques. • Analyzes client data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and uses data-driven insights to provide value-added recommendations to clients. • Identifies potential new business opportunities within existing accounts and helps in proposals, presentations, and negotiations. • Monitors contract expiration dates and proactively engages with clients to ensure timely contract renewals. • Facilitates the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the organization's offerings. • Generates regular reports detailing account status, progress toward goals, and other relevant metrics. • Achieves quotas and margin targets, utilizing margin management techniques to protect profitability while fostering business growth. Education & Experience Recommended • Four-year Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, account management, or a related field.
