- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong capability in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective, scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with agile project management practices and software development life cycles.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
