The Data & Analytics team plays a key role in transforming how data supports decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization.

Join our dynamic ABR Data & Analytics team and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of data-driven decision-making at Amgen. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with modern cloud-based technologies and support real business use cases.

Key Projects & Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and documentation of ABR Data Foundation Layer database tables in the Amgen Datalake environment.
• Test and develop GenAI LLM deployment (e.g., Databricks Genie or ChatGPT connector) to enable “talk to your dataset” capabilities.
• Participate in active data projects, including data pipeline development and dashboard creation.
• Contribute to the migration of near real-time data-science applications from legacy systems to the Databricks environment.

Profile:

• Pre-final year student (Bachelor/Master), preferably in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI; experience with Databricks is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and concepts.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment.

Eligibility
