What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be the main contact for field-based staff who need assistance to navigate key Amgen systems and processes. You will partner with Centre of Excellence (COE) team and cross-functional team to identify areas for process improvement. This role will give you great opportunities to network and communicate with field staff/ cross-functional team and develop expertise in Healthcare Compliance Control System, HCP/HCO engagements compliance, and other field staff use tools and processes.

Responsibilities include:

Act as a go-to resource for field-based staff for:

  • Healthcare Compliance Control Systems (C3) - Dedicated support to Field staff to navigate C3 submission: Diagnose queries, provide answers to common questions, or re-direct staff to relevant process/forms/QRG, compliance checklists or relevant functions (e.g. COE, Compliance). Offer 1:1 live C3 support C3 or as needed, data entry based on established criteria.
  • DGN Support: Provide guidance on creation of an account and navigating DGN to facilitate ordering of promo materials.
  • Expenses Reimbursement: Answer basic questions regarding how to process expenses in concur and concur app i.e. Walk through the QRG, share screen to complete together, redirect to Concur support as needed.
  • Tableau: Answer basic questions on location of reports and QRGs. Partner with the Digital Team on frequently asked questions to ensure timely and accurate education for field staff.
  • LMS: Address inquiries on LMS and orient users to QRGs. Partner with the local IS Trainer to update FAQs.
  • Onboarding new hire: Partner with AC, focusing on Field Staff specific systems/processes.
  • Office Supplies & IT: Help with navigating the supplies ordering grid and tools.
  • Process improvement: mindset with goal of simplifying key processes for the field – identifying patterns in questions and determining where more additional education, support or revised and improved QRGs are needed. Partner with COE team for insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Special Projects: Engage in additional projects as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years working in pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and comfortable in working with systems and technology (e.g. Compliance system of record/C3, Vendor Supplier Change Request Apps, other field staff tools)
  • Strong customer service focus approach with excellent communication skills
  • Ensure Quality and attention to details
  • Delivers Results/ Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills
  • Strong in problem solving and able to work in teams effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual – English/French
  • Sales & Marketing Team Support experience
  • Working experience/ knowledge with Compliance systems (e.g. C3), Expense Reporting (e.g. Concur), SAP and other tools
