Mission Statement:
General Field Sales work includes face-to-face and remote selling to both new and existing customers including: Selling directly to the end consumer/business purchaser or indirectly through various sales channels. Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. Developing and delivering sales bids, presentations, and proposals and conducting product demonstrations. Identifying and contacting prospective customers and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.
Your responsibilities:
You are responsible for Sales Target of Dry Transformers business in Zone West.
Business Development with technical spec in activities, marketing activities.
Promote Portfolio in various segment like Industries, Utilities, EPCs, OEMs.
Gather relevant information on market potential, development, trends, and product gaps and provide input to the business.
Keep a track of market price levels, competitor’s strategy & offerings to customer and provide input to Bids & proposal team.
Capture & maintain relevant market data in the system (SFDC) on regular basis.
Participate in customer meetings and make presentation to customers on technical offerings.
Monitor Order Execution and support project handling team to execute the order & Payment Collection as per forecast.
Reporting in necessary tools like SFDC.
Attending and resolution of customer complaints using CCRP

Your background:
We are looking for someone with a university degree in electrical engineering
Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Transformer Sales.
To be successful in this role you are flexible with good communication skills and hold a strong customer focus.
Preferably, you have a proven track record of managing and facilitating change.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
