Join Our Team as a ServiceNow Engineer with Case Management Consulting!

Are you an experienced ServiceNow Engineer seeking an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on cutting-edge projects? We are currently looking for a skilled professional to join our team at Case Management Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of secure workflow tool development on all networks and providing Knowledge Management (KM) expertise to enhance our client's business processes.

Your Impactful Duties:

• Working experience on the NOW platform on the Madrid release or newer.
• Designing and developing custom scope applications and ServiceNow core applications.
• Proficiency in gathering requirements, analyzing existing workflows or processes, and delivering appropriate solutions with the ServiceNow platform.
• Contributing to architecture discussions and documenting code for secure deployments of applications.
• Utilizing out-of-the-box platform applications and conducting modifications to rapidly deliver solutions to end-users.
• Developing application-related fields, forms, views, modifications, and mapping roles and access controls.
• Integrating the NOW platform's API with third-party technologies.
• Developing and designing process and solution integration, workflow, design/configuration, and reporting.
• Comfortable working in an Agile Development environment.

Your Qualifications for Success:

• Hold an Active TS/SCI clearance, 
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Networks, Knowledge Management, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
• 2 or more years of direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with database design.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM.
