Marketing Manager for Dow Consumer Solutions could be the right choice for you.
We are looking for a marketing manager with strong strategic marketing skills and insights into electronic market. In this role you will have the responsibility for both, strategic and tactical marketing, with a strong focus on growth and innovation in our Consumer and Electronic Market in Greater China region. The collaboration and coordination across functions, cross regions including sales, TS&D, R&D, communication, and product management as well as with your peers, key customers, distributors, and relevant teams will be critical for success.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for development and implementation of Greater China Segment Marketing Plans ( 3-5 years) and 4P market plan, by translating the higher level’s global segment strategy, and define breakthrough in innovation, sustainability narrative and digital commerce approach.
Drive market plan implementation and achieve growth target by leading regional cross functional Market Management Team for respective segment, drive growth and efficiency through collaboration and prioritization.
Drive Greater China regional Innovation Portfolio Management, assess, prioritize, and adapt growth potential. Steer regional innovation portfolio in the responsible segment as marketing owner, drive & follow through on product launch execution with global team.
Leverage marketing excellence to provide market insight and identify new opportunities for growth short-term and long term. Including the competitive analysis, share gain initiatives, market segmentation, market assessment; Also build relationships to key/priority accounts through Segment Market/Customer Mapping, to drive annual account negotiation.
Provide input and prioritize regional marcom initiatives, as well as budget allocation, align with Global marketing directors.
Work with PM in the assets plan to support future growth. And support assets investment for long run growth, by providing growth plan to full utilize new assets in places and drive related NPI projects RTO.
Required Qualifications
Solid marketing and commercial experience in electronics market for at least 5-10 years+, in-depth knowledge of Industrial industry, especially in consumer electronics market.
Customer and market orientation with strong bias towards value-add sales and value chain engagement.
Virtual leader with strong influencing power and strong team player and builder across functions and geographies
Strategic thinker, problem solver, result and action oriented, self-motivated
Financial Acumen and innovation Savvy.
Fluency in verbal and written English.
Education
Minimum bachelor’s degree in electronics, chemical, Engineering or Marketing related majors.
MBA is strongly recommended.
Travel: 25%
