  • Sourcing and screening clinicians to gather their preferences regarding availability, willingness to travel, setting, etc.

  • Sourcing and adding new clinicians to the database while updating existing clinician records.

  • Can work on special projects such as: cleaning up outside marketing lists, calling to see if clinicians are interested in locums, gathers preferences, and adds clinician to database, calling recent attendees of various medical conventions to gather interest/availability for locums.

  • Call through database with the primary focus of confirming contacts for the medical specialty, updating contact information, understanding locums history and current staffing levels and checking the website to confirm any current openings.

  • Base hourly pay + incentive bonus (based on performance)

  • NO cap on bonus earnings!

  • Opportunity for full-time employment as an Account Representative upon graduation (salary, bonus, full benefits)

  • Sales, recruiting and industry-specific training offered

  • Candidates must be enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year Full-Time or Part-Time college or university student and taking classes.
