About the Team
The Engineering team at Clari is an Agile shop that practices Scrum across all of our teams. We layer in coordination practices such as Big Room Planning to stay aligned to Clari’s KPIs quarterly across sites and teams. Clari's Infrastructure team builds systems and tools to enable engineering velocity in a reliable manner. We partner with our global engineering teams to establish standards and improve reliability and cost-efficiency. This is a great opportunity to make a massive impact scaling cloud infrastructure to meet the high demand and rapid growth of both users and workloads.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to define and design solutions for Clari to meet our business needs for availability, performance, and reliability. You will have the opportunity to influence system design, build fault tolerance capabilities, optimize systems to improve efficiency, and enable a fast rate of innovation. You will set technical direction and lead solutions to large-scale problems, eliminate toil through automation and drive resiliency across engineering teams.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland.
