What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.
Order Management involves order processing, Receive, process and confirm customer orders in the system. Ensure order accuracy in terms of pricing, product specifications, quantity, and delivery details Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to fulfill customer orders Work well with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.. Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
What are we looking for? Job Description:
• Lead and oversee the Order Management team, ensuring efficient processing of sales orders from entry to fulfillment.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for order processing and customer service.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, logistics, and other departments to optimize order-to-cash processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage team performance, coaching, and professional development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years’ experience in order management, sales operations, or related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and order management tools.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
• The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
• Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
• Some latitude in decision-making in involved
