The Role
We are looking for a Sr. Business Acceptance Tester with extensive professional experience in end‑to‑end test planning, test case development, test automation, business process validation, cross‑functional collaboration, and full lifecycle testing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate requirements into actionable test scenarios. This role is responsible for business acceptance testing, functional testing of new applications and enhancements, and building scalable testing approaches that ensure quality across systems.
In addition, this tester will be expected to design and execute comprehensive test plans, develop automated test scripts for repetitive or high‑volume processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks and best practices. You should be able to pivot quickly in a fast‑paced environment and flex into additional business or technical work as needed.

The Team
We are an expanding team here at Fidelity, servicing the suite of Alternative Investment products that have been created and launched by Fidelity. This new space offers Fidelity a new asset class previously unexplored by current day Fidelity funds (ETFs, Mutual Funds). In the AI Investor Relations space we use a variety of applications including, SS&C applications one of our 3rd party vendors. We are a fast-paced team and that has to be adaptable to change.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
